Terms and Conditions

1.1. These terms govern purchases of gift vouchers through Sampaguita.cz.

1.2. The online store is operated by Sampaguita s.r.o., Marie Majerové 2250, 412 01 Litoměřice, Czech Republic, Company ID 14181975.

2.1. An order is placed through sampaguita.cz and becomes binding when the customer confirms the purchase. Sampaguita.cz may cancel an order if the service is unavailable, a technical problem occurs, or misuse is suspected.

2.2. Prices are stated in Czech crowns (CZK), including VAT where applicable. Payments are processed through Stripe.

4.1. Vouchers may be purchased for a specific 60- or 90-minute service or for an amount from CZK 500 to CZK 10,000 in CZK 100 increments.

4.2. A voucher is valid for six months from purchase unless stated otherwise.

4.3. A binding advance reservation is required and the valid voucher must be presented on arrival.

4.4. Reservations must be cancelled no later than the day before the appointment. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment results in a 100% cancellation charge and the voucher expires without compensation.

4.5. The service may be charged if the customer does not attend or cannot present the voucher.

4.6. By prior agreement, an expired voucher may be extended by no more than three months. There is no legal entitlement to an extension.

4.7. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.1. These terms are effective from 1 December 2023 and are governed by Czech law.

5.2. The operator may amend these terms by publishing the updated wording on sampaguita.cz.

5.3. If the Czech and English versions differ, the Czech version prevails.
