Voucher terms
Please book your appointment in advance. The gift voucher cannot be used without a confirmed reservation. Present a valid gift voucher at the reception upon arrival.
Reservations must be cancelled at the latest the day before the appointment. If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the voucher is subject to a 100% cancellation fee and forfeits with no refund. No-shows must pay for the service.
If the client arrives without the voucher, payment for the service may be required on the spot.
Voucher validity is 6 months from purchase. Expired vouchers can, by agreement, be extended by up to 3 months.
